Founder & Executive Chairman
Spencer chairs SIXA’s investment and ownership decisions. His operating career spans more than 20 years, from Shanghai to Dubai, building businesses across technology, property, hospitality and business systems, including a data-centre business he subsequently sold.
That experience informs the group’s approach: understand the details, back capable people and give good businesses the time and support to compound.
As Founder and Executive Chairman, Spencer leads investment strategy, governance and long-term direction alongside the acquisition team, company leadership and specialist operating partners. He is not seeking to replace the day-to-day chief executive of each company.
